Helping Baytree Pizza Establish Themselves Online

Before

Ipswich based Baytree Pizza had a site previously built for them which wasn’t hitting the mark. They didn’t even rank top for their own business name which is really a ‘given’ for any modern business. Baytree Pizza are a well established event catering business which offers a great service to their customers in delivering fantastic Pizza and other food to the business and private sector. The directors of Baytree Pizza approached us wanting to utilise our web development expertise to actually get some business from their website but also for it to better show off what service they offer to their clients.

Their existing website didn’t show off the professionalism that the owners had in their business but also that through such hard work that they had established themselves firmly as a high end event catering company. They felt when first viewing their old website it may have caused customers to question if they could handle the larger scale work as it looked a little ‘home made’.

Once we met with the owners we spent some time with them finding out what they did well and what sort of work they would like to get more of so the business could grow. It was through this valuable exercise that we started to get a look and feel in mind for what we could deliver.

This was a small web development project for PC Futures but we treat all customers equally and Baytree are thrilled with the results. Taking this a stage further they are really seeing the results and it paid for itself in no time at all.

The site is taking enquiries still and running really well months after it went live.

During

As the client moved away from their existing supplier we helped them to establish themselves in Google and how to get a better look and feel raising their profile with existing and potential clients. We built a site within WordPress, a platform we know exceptionally well and Google and other browsers love it also. We planned a new set of pages based on the old site, adding new graphics and building a more recognisable brand for Baytree, with a cleaner looking logo. Together this gave them a much higher looking marketing profile and it didn’t cost them any extra.

We redirected all old pages to the new, more SEO friendly format and the site is working wonders.

This was accomplished quickly and is well hosted on our super fast and secure SSD hosting platform.

We set up a backup facility, analytics and reporting and even put in some stronger SEO for the client on launch. As a result Baytree love their new site and it’s working hard getting new enquiries for them already.

After

The site was completed in March 2015 and running well. Baytree Pizza director Nicola Keightley said:

“We are really pleased with the website and it’s so much nicer to have an online presence we are happy to show to customers. The site is working really well and then enquiries are keeping us very busy indeed.”
