Leading Lives had an existing website created for them by a design agency in London. The content management system it used was old, had limited functionality and expensive to maintain. When the design agency wanted to charge for a new licence for the existing site we started to explore the options of developing a new website using WordPress. Our proposal was to completely redesign the website and include some foundations for a custom built learning management system. This proposal came in for less than the cost of relicensing the existing website
We built a development area where we could collaborate with key stakeholders within Leading Lives and then presented three concept design choices. Once this was approved and a design chosen we then built the site. The learning management system was then constructed tested with the Learning and Development team.
The site has received some excellent feedback from both Leading Lives staff and customers. We continue to maintain the site and provide content management and digital support for the site. The Learning Management System has now been rolled out to all Leading Lives staff and has been welcomed with some very positive feedback.
