Ipswich courier and shipping business Parcelgiants Ltd approached PC Futures for some advice on a website that they had which wasn’t delivering. Having spent a considerable sum of money having a site built in a bespoke CMS platform the site wasn’t getting much attention from the internet web browsers and didn’t generate any enquiries.

A conversation developed over social media and PC Futures offered some advice about alternate paths which Parcelgiants could take. Things progressed onward to a phone conversation and then to a face to face meeting with the Managing Director to talk over issues and our solutions.
As a result Parcelgiants not only moved web provider but they moved the website, email, and hosting all to PC Futures. We also moved the business off their old email system and onto Microsoft Office 365.

As the client moved away from their existing supplier this resulted in him being without a site instantly. He was quoted a lot of money for a rework of the site and we managed to save him that expense.

We built a site within WordPress, a platform we know exceptionally well and Google and other browsers love it also. We created a new set of pages, new graphics and reworked the text based on the client’s ideas and our memory of the old site.

This was accomplished, against the clock and it has given a platform Parcelgiants can build upon. Adjustments take less time and the client is happy they are on our SSD hosting platform. This means his site (which was fast) is now even faster.

We set up a backup facility, analytics and reporting and even put in some SEO for the client. This left our client feeling pleased with the service they have.

The site was completed mid November 2015 and has settled in well. Parcelgiants Managing Director has seen a number of enquiries come in from the site and is already looking to add new features to give more to their customers and to reinforce them as a leading logistics business.

With the support of Microsoft Office 365 and with their new website and hosting Parcelgiants are set to move forward into 2015 and beyond.
