New Website for Spinney Brook Workbox
Spinney Brook Workbox was introduced to us by an existing client Annya Stoddart of The Pain Relief Clinic. Annya introduced Elizabeth Evans of Spinney Brook Workbox to us as she like Annya wanted a new look website which they could manage. A website rebuild was required to bring Spinney Brook Workbox’s online presence up to speed and something which would last some time.
How We Did It
The existing Spinney Brook site wasn’t mobile responsive and was designed by themselves using an existing Web Development tool. They wanted to give the business a design which suited them more, showcasing the skill and expertise they have. The courses Spinney Brook put on are very tailored and the existing website didn’t show this off as well as it could.
Elizabeth had some strong images which were personal to the business and we adopted them and delivered a site to suit their needs.
We also provided some graphic design skills and designed a new look logo for them.
A website should tell a story and we needed to tell the Spinney Brook story, which we did.
We were able to work to their budgets, providing them with a site they can manage themselves. We developed the site in WordPress. This meant our web development cycle becomes much more agile allowing the customer to make changes as needed to take the site forward.
Ongoing Support
Once the site was built and their content added we put in some basic SEO and showed them how to add and make simple changes to the website. In return we handle the hosting and backup of the site.
We have also remained on hand to answer other questions as needed for Spinney Brook so they can get the most out of their new website. This was something to give them a start into the larger online world. They now have a place to point customers on social media too that looks fun and reflects how Elizabeth runs her courses.
