We met with the My Care at Home directors and talked through some ideas about how they wanted to grow their pool of staff. The business was now well established and they were looking to really push forward to expand their workforce.
They wanted a dedicated space to post vacancies that different areas of the business had but also a place to talk about recruitment and industry issues. We provided this.
We went with WordPress as we consider ourselves experts in this, the leading platform. We know WordPress very well and we know it could give the visuals they wanted BUT also it has the scope to handle vacancies easily and to send them to different parts of the business if needed.
The site is fully hosted and maintained on our servers.
We finished the site and it is performing well. They have the space they wanted which links to their mini site and we think they have some lofty plans in place for it as it evolves over time.
